Every product we sell is produced individually, after your order is placed, by our carefully selected production partners. Nothing is held in stock. This approach eliminates unnecessary overproduction, minimizes waste, and supports a more environmentally responsible way of creating high-quality products. At the same time, this process ensures that every product receives the individual attention it deserves — which is why production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel it or correct your delivery address, free of charge and with no reason needed. During this 24-hour Order Review Period, your payment is authorized but not yet captured.

CAUTION: Once the 24-hour Order Review Period ends, payment is captured and production begins, after which your order can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you want a different size or design after that point, you can return the item under our “Change-of-Mind Returns” policy and place a new order. In such a case, both the original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to cancel your order or correct your address (available only during the 24-hour Order Review Period):

1. Sign in to your Customer Account, open the order, and select Cancel — or simply reply to your order confirmation email, or Contact Us with your Order Number.
2. We’ll review your request and confirm the outcome. We aim to reply within one business day.
3. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.
4. Please double-check your delivery address when ordering — packages returned to sender due to an incorrect or an incomplete address can be reshipped only at the customer’s expense. For further info, please see the “Undeliverable Packages” Section.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

Please report any issue as soon as possible, and no later than 30 calendar days after delivery, whenever possible, as early reports are resolved significantly faster and allow us to act on your behalf with our production partners.

How to report an issue:

1. Contact Us with your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging — you can attach them directly to the contact form. If the issue is better demonstrated by a short video, please mention this and we will advise you on how to share it.
2. Tell us which remedy you prefer — a free replacement or a full refund (including your original shipping) — the choice is yours.
3. Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection.

We also review product claims to identify quality issues and work with our production partners to prevent them from recurring.

A note on colors: Because each screen and display renders color differently, slight variations between the colors you see on your screen and the finished product are inherent to digital reproduction and are not considered defects.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request return authorization within 60 calendar days of delivery. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the item within 14 calendar days of authorization.

How to return:

1. Request authorization first. Sign in to your Customer Account and submit a return request from the order — or Contact Us with your Order Number. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.
2. Once authorized, you’ll receive the return address and instructions by email. Ship within 14 calendar days of authorization; authorizations expire after that.
3. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you. A tracked service is required (standard, not express, is fine) — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
5. Your refund is issued once we have received and inspected the return. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A note on sizing: dimensions are listed on every product page, and art reads smaller on a screen than on a wall. Orders of the wrong size are treated as change-of-mind returns, so please measure twice.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Once issued, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded in full (see “Cancellations & Address Changes”).
• Defect claims, when resolved by refund, are refunded in full, including original shipping.
• Change-of-mind returns are refunded for the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• If you return part of a multi-item order, the refund covers the returned items, not the order’s shipping.
• Sale and discounted items carry the same return rights as full-price items, refunded at the price you paid.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, return your product under the “Change-of-Mind Returns” Policy and place a new order.

Replacements for damaged or defective items are handled free of charge under our defect claims process.

FAIR USE

We stand behind every product we make and ask that our Returns & Refunds Policy be used in good faith.

Where a change-of-mind return arrives used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect its diminished value or decline the return. Items reported as damaged may need to be returned to us for inspection before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to decline or limit returns where we reasonably believe the return process is being used fraudulently, abusively or in a manner inconsistent with the genuine exercise of the rights described in this Policy.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

A package may be returned to our production partner if delivery cannot be completed. Common reasons include:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Refusal of delivery.
• Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s required timeframe.
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options:

• Where reshipment is requested, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
• Where reshipment is not requested and the product cannot be resold, we will discuss the available options with you on a case-by-case basis; refunds may not be available where delivery could not be completed due to circumstances within the customer’s control.

PRODUCING ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED, WHEN IT IS NEEDED

Unlike traditional retail models that often require large inventories and can result in unsold products ending up in landfills, COLORADDICTED.COM™ produces products individually after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction, excess inventory, and unnecessary waste.

On-demand manufacturing significantly reduces textile waste compared to traditional mass production, eliminating the need for pre-produced inventory that may never be sold and often ends up in landfills.

WORKING WITH RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING PARTNERS

Our products are produced and fulfilled through carefully selected manufacturing and fulfillment partners operating from many different locations around the globe.

We have chosen our production and fulfillment partners because they have publicly committed to improving sustainability practices throughout their operations and regularly publish sustainability reports detailing their progress and goals.

Examples of sustainability initiatives implemented by our fulfillment partners include:

• On-demand manufacturing to reduce overproduction and waste
• Use of water-based and non-toxic printing inks for their printed products
• Production routing that directs orders to the fulfillment facility closest to the customer, helping reduce transportation distances whenever possible
• Continuous expansion of environmentally conscious product options and materials
• Ongoing sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives throughout their production networks

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS PRODUCT SELECTION

Whenever possible, we strive to include products that offer environmentally friendly features or materials.

Where available through our production partners, we seek to include products incorporating organic, recycled, responsibly sourced, or other potentially lower-impact materials.

As new alternatives become available, we aim to expand these options over time.

Our long-term goal is to increase the number of environmentally responsible products available throughout our store.

CARBON-NEUTRAL SHIPPING & CARBON REMOVAL

Through our participation in Shopify Planet, we allocate part of our business revenue to support carbon removal initiatives — including carbon capture, reforestation, and climate-positive projects — that offset the emissions associated with shipping your order.

You may notice a Planet badge or banner on our store showing our ongoing contribution and the estimated amount of carbon removal supported through our participation in the program.

ANIMAL WELFARE

Animal welfare is a cause that is particularly close to our hearts.

COLORADDICTED.COM™ regularly supports animal welfare initiatives through charitable donations and direct community assistance.

Our contributions include support for:

• International animal protection organizations

In addition to financial donations, we also provide ongoing care, food, water, and assistance to stray animals within our local community.

REMOTE-FIRST BUSINESS MODEL

COLORADDICTED.COM™ is operated entirely remotely.

Working from home eliminates daily commuting, reduces transportation-related emissions, and minimizes the environmental footprint typically associated with maintaining office facilities.

Our team may be small for now, but it includes several enthusiastic four-legged assistants who regularly supervise daily operations from their favorite spots around the house and provide much-appreciated moral support when the workload gets heavy.
