PRODUCT SAFETY, INTENDED USE & SAFETY INFORMATION

Products offered through COLORADDICTED.COM™ are intended for normal consumer use as described on each product page. Where applicable, product-specific warnings, precautions, care instructions, or other safety information are provided on the relevant product page, product packaging, or accompanying documentation. Customers should read and follow all applicable safety and care instructions before using any product.

EU CONSUMER LEGAL WARRANTY

The following applies to consumers purchasing through COLORADDICTED.COM™ in the European Union, when and where our products are made available in those markets.

Consumers purchasing goods in the European Union are entitled to the mandatory legal remedies and guarantees provided by applicable EU and national consumer-protection law, including the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to goods under Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented by applicable national legislation.

The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
