The original works available on COLORADDICTED.COM™ are created through two distinct creative methods:

Exclusively Hand-Crafted Digital Works: Certain works — including the existing abstract design collections created in 2014–2015 — were created entirely by the author using traditional digital art tools, without any AI involvement whatsoever. These works represent the author's direct, unassisted digital craftsmanship.

AI-Assisted Original Works: Certain works — including the forthcoming Canine Archetypes and related collections — are created through an extensive creative process in which AI tools are employed as a medium under the exclusive intellectual direction, creative vision, and editorial control of the author. In all such works, every creative concept, artistic idea, and compositional direction originates solely with the author. The author's ideas are developed through hundreds of iterative refinements, modifications, and creative decisions, resulting in final works that reflect the author's original intellectual creation. AI tools function as an instrument of the author's creative expression — analogous to the use of any other digital artistic tool — and do not independently generate the creative content of these works.

All works on this website — whether created with or without AI assistance — are evidently artistic and creative works within the meaning of Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act. This disclosure is made in accordance with that provision, in a manner designed not to hamper the display or enjoyment of the works.

COLORADDICTED™ does not create deepfakes, synthetic representations of real persons, or deceptive manipulations of reality. All works are original artistic creations reflecting the author's exclusive intellectual vision.

SECTION 3 — LIMITED PERMISSION TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE

COLORADDICTED™ grants visitors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and browse this website solely for the purpose of viewing products and making purchases for personal, non-commercial use.

This permission does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not grant any right to reproduce, download, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content on this website.

SECTION 6 — PROTECTION AGAINST SCRAPING AND UNAUTHORISED DATA COLLECTION

All content on this website — including images, text, product data, pricing, metadata, and structural information — is proprietary and protected against unauthorized automated or manual collection.

The following are expressly prohibited:

COLORADDICTED™ does not claim ownership of content submitted by users, including product reviews and personal photographs of purchased products shared on social media.

However, to the extent that any user-generated content is voluntarily submitted to COLORADDICTED™ — including product reviews, photographs, feedback, or social media content tagging or referencing COLORADDICTED.COM™ — the submitting party represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to such content, and grants COLORADDICTED™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to display such content in connection with its business and marketing activities.

COLORADDICTED™ respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Any third-party intellectual property referenced or displayed on this website remains the property of its respective owners.
