CANCELLATIONS
We do not keep a stock on any of our products. A few hours after you order them, they are printed-on-demand specifically for you by our rigorously vetted International Suppliers (depending on your delivery address and the most suitable manufacturer closest to you).
Specifically, once you place your order, it is sent to our Suppliers and it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours. It is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you directly by our Suppliers.
Consequently and since all orders are printed-on-demand just for you, we accept order cancellations strictly before they go into production (i.e. up to 2 hours after you place your order). We do not allow for cancellations after an order has gone into the printing process.
RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
An order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.
Since we have deliberately chosen Suppliers that run strict quality control procedures, the probability that a defective product will be delivered to you is minimal.
Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please Contact Us by email within 10 days from the date on which you received it, in order to resolve the issue. In your email, please include proof of the product's defects (e.g. photos), so we can ascertain the nature of the defect(s) and notify our suppliers. It is very important for us to make sure than this never happens again.
Assuming said defects are verified, we will immediately issue a refund for you.
Alternatively, should you wish so, we will send you a replacement or exchange product of the same value free-of-charge for you.
On rare occasions and in case of ambiguity, we may ask you to return the product to us to inspect it (to the return address that we will indicate to you).
In the latter case, the product has to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please note that, beyond this time limit, we do not accept items for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and, depending on our conclusions and your wishes, we will issue a refund for you or send you a new product as a replacement or exchange for your old defective one.

We do our best to find and negotiate low shipping rates with major carriers for our deliveries. As a result and under the following Minimum Order conditions per destination country, we are pleased to offer you Free Standard Shipping for:
For eligible orders, Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically at Checkout (i.e. no discount coupons needed) and can be combined with our Price Discounts (see relevant FAQ).
IMPORTANT: Please note that we reserve the right to modify our Price Discounts and/or Free Shipping policies at any time and in any way that we may deem necessary, with no prior notice.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
All our products are printed and shipped directly to you from our suppliers' facilities across the globe.
Once your order is placed and received by our Suppliers, it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours and it is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you.
Upon clearing and shipping your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email informing you of the shipment details (including a Tracking No.), so you can follow your order online until it is delivered to you. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Folder to make sure that your system has not blocked our email as spam.

While shipping has an environmental cost, we actively take responsibility by offsetting the emissions associated with delivering your order — so you can shop more consciously, without compromising on creativity or quality.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using major global carriers and their regional/local counterparts/affiliates/couriers. The choice of carrier depends on our manufacturer's/print-provider's location, on the product ordered and on the final destination of the order (order delivery address). Since we use multiple manufacturers/print-providers worldwide, carriers are selected for optimal delivery with the primary aim to reduce the distance between our manufacturer/print-provider and the order delivery address (for financial and environmental reasons alike).
Because shipping is fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/print providers around the world, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your specific order(s). In fact, the actual carrier for your order(s) will be auto-selected and will be visible in the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us, once your order is shipped and on your Order Status page (on the tracking link).
Possible carriers include (but are not limited to): USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS, DHL, DHL-Express, DPD, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Post NL, Canada Post, Asendia, Australia Post, Express Mail Service (EMS), OSM Worldwide, 4PX Worldwide Express, SF International and more, as well as their regional or local ("Last Mile") counterparts.
