WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRINTED & SHIPPED FROM?
All our products are printed-on-demand with our designs by our rigorously vetted international suppliers across the globe (depending on your delivery address and the most suitable Manufacturer closest to you).
Once they are printed, they pass through multiple strict Quality Controls to ensure that they meet our standards and, then, they are shipped directly to you (by our Suppliers).
Upon clearing and shipping your order, we will send you an email informing you of the shipment details (including a Tracking No.), for you to be able to follow your order on-line until it is delivered to you. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Folder to make sure that your system has not blocked our email as spam.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

We ship using major global carriers and their regional/local counterparts/affiliates/couriers. The choice of carrier depends on our manufacturer's/print-provider's location, on the product ordered and on the final destination of the order (order delivery address). Since we use multiple manufacturers/print-providers worldwide, carriers are selected for optimal delivery with the primary aim to reduce the distance between our manufacturer/print-provider and the order delivery address (for financial and environmental reasons alike).
Because shipping is fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/print providers around the world, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your specific order(s). In fact, the actual carrier for your order(s) will be auto-selected and will be visible in the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us, once your order is shipped and on your Order Status page (on the tracking link).

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not allow for cancellations after an order has gone into the printing process (i.e. approximately 2 hours after your place your order).
This is because, once your order is placed and received by our Suppliers, it is printed-on-demand, just for you, within a matter of a few hours and it is, then, packaged and shipped to you.
Consequently and since all orders are printed-on-demand just for you, we accept order cancellations only before they go into production (i.e. up to 2 hours after you place your order).

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. In other words, an order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.
Since all products are printed-on-demand specifically for you a few hours after you order them, we accept returns and/or give refunds only if you receive from us a product that is proven to be defective or damaged beyond the shadow of the doubt. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE FROM YOU IS DEFECTIVE?
In the unlikely event that the product we have shipped to you is proven defective, please send us an email through our Contact Us page within 10 days from the date this product was originally delivered to you. Kindly include photos of the defective product so that we can ascertain the problem and notify our Suppliers thereof.

WILL THE COLORS I SEE ON MY SCREEN MATCH THE FINAL PRODUCT?
COLOR ACCURACY & DISCLAIMER: At COLORADDICTED.COM™, vibrant color excellence is at the heart of every design. We carefully calibrate our artwork and production processes to present colors as richly and accurately as possible. We also use professional, high-quality printing methods, to achieve the bold, joyful vibrancy that defines our brand.
Because every screen displays color differently and each material interacts uniquely with ink, slight variations between on-screen images and the finished product can occur. Therefore, on-screen images should be viewed as a close representation rather than an exact match.
In most cases, customers find the real product even more impressive in person.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH COLORS OF MY CHOICE?
Depending on the specific design and product type, we may be able to customize colors to your preferences. In this case, we will need to apply a USD 20 surcharge on our standard price, so we can cover for design modification & administrative costs!
Please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating which design you are interested in and what are your desired colors for that specific design. In order to do that, please send us color names or their respective CMYK and/or RGB values.
Once you send us this info, we will review it and contact you asap to discuss the details and, possibly, send you a draft of the design you have chosen with your custom colors. From then on, we will work with you to improve, so we can deliver the desired result.
We may be able to do that, depending on the product you are interested in.
