CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel it or correct your delivery address, free of charge and with no reason needed. During this 24-hour Order Review Period, your payment is authorized but not yet captured. Once the 24-hour Order Review Period ends, payment is captured and production begins, after which your order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

How to cancel or correct your address:

1. Sign in to your Customer Account, open the order, and select Cancel — or simply reply to your order confirmation email, or Contact Us with your Order Number.
2. We'll review your request and confirm the outcome. We aim to reply within one business day.
3. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method (see "Refunds" below).
4. Please double-check your delivery address when ordering — packages returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense (please see under "UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES" below).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

How to report an issue:

1. Contact Us with your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging — you can attach them directly to the contact form. If the issue is better demonstrated by a short video, please mention this and we will advise you on how to share it.
2. Tell us which remedy you prefer — a free replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping. The choice is yours.
3. We aim to reply within one business day, and most claims are fully resolved within a few business days. Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection.

Please report any damage, defect, or wrong item as soon as possible — and no later than 30 days after delivery wherever possible, as early reports are resolved significantly faster and allow us to act on your behalf with our production partners.

A note on colors: Because every screen and display renders color differently, slight variations between the colors you see on your screen and the finished product are inherent to digital reproduction and are not considered defects.

We also review product claims to identify quality issues and work with our production partners to prevent them from recurring.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request return authorization within 60 days of delivery. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the item within 14 days of authorization.

How to return:

1. Request authorization first. Sign in to your Customer Account and submit a return request from the order — or Contact Us with your Order Number. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.
2. Once authorized, you'll receive the return address and instructions by email. Ship within 14 days of authorization; authorizations expire after that.
3. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you. A tracked service is required (standard, not express, is fine) — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
5. Your refund is issued once we have received and inspected the return. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A note on sizing: dimensions are listed on every product page, and art reads smaller on a screen than on a wall. Orders of the wrong size are treated as change-of-mind returns, so please measure twice.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Once issued, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are refunded in full (see "Cancellations & Address Changes").
• Defect claims (see under the "Damaged, Defective, or Different from What You Ordered" Section), when resolved by refund, are refunded in full, including original shipping.
• Change-of-mind returns (see under "Change-of-Mind Returns") are refunded for the returned items; original shipping charges are not refunded and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• If you return part of a multi-item order, the refund covers the returned items, not the order's shipping.
• Sale and discounted items carry the same return rights as full-price items, refunded at the price you paid.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or design, return your product under the "Change-of-Mind Returns" Section and place a new order. Replacements for damaged or defective items are handled free of charge (see under the "Damaged, Defective, or Different from What You Ordered" Section).

FAIR USE

We stand behind every product we make and ask that our returns policy be used in good faith.

Where a change-of-mind return arrives used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect its diminished value or decline the return. Items reported as damaged may need to be returned to us for inspection before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to decline or limit returns where we reasonably believe the return process is being used fraudulently, abusively or in a manner inconsistent with the genuine exercise of the rights described in this Policy.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

A package may be returned to our production partner if delivery cannot be completed — common reasons include an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect within the carrier's required timeframe, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options:

• Where reshipment is requested, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
• Where reshipment is not requested and the product cannot be restocked, we will discuss the available options with you on a case-by-case basis; refunds may not be available where delivery could not be completed due to circumstances within the customer's control.

A6. Not all products seem to be available for my destination. Why? Product availability may vary by destination. Please refer to the individual product page for eligible shipping destinations, clearly indicated for each item.

GROUP B — ORDERING & PAYMENT

B1. How do I place an order? Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment via PayPal. You may use your PayPal account or pay by credit card through PayPal's guest checkout — any card accepted by PayPal is accepted by us.

B2. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and credit cards processed through PayPal. We do not currently accept direct card payments outside of PayPal.

B3. Is my payment secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal, which provides industry-standard payment security. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

B4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing your order. During this 24-hour Order Review Period, your payment is authorized but not yet captured. Once the window closes, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

B5. Are taxes included in your prices? Yes. All applicable taxes are included in the prices shown on our product pages. The only additional charge at checkout is shipping (where applicable).

B6. Am I responsible for customs duties or import taxes? In most cases, no — we route orders to the production facility closest to your delivery address, which means most orders are produced and shipped domestically with no customs involvement. In exceptional circumstances, where cross-border shipping is required, any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. B7. Do you offer discounts? Yes. We offer the following standard discounts:

C1. How are your products made? 

Every product we sell is produced individually, after your order is placed, by our carefully selected production partners. Nothing is held in stock. This approach eliminates unnecessary overproduction, minimizes waste, and supports a more environmentally responsible way of creating high-quality products. At the same time, it ensures every product is given the individual attention it deserves.

C2. Where are your products produced and shipped from? From production facilities around the world. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address, which reduces transit times, shipping costs, and transportation-related emissions. C3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Most orders are delivered within 10–15 calendar days of ordering, including:

• 24-hour Order Review Period
• 3–5 business days of production
• 6–9 business days of shipping transit

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be longer during major holidays or shopping events (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), or in the event of force majeure circumstances (severe weather, transportation disruptions, pandemics, etc.).

C4. Which carriers do you use? Shipments are handled by major carriers depending on the product, production facility, and delivery destination. These include, but are not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and their authorized local delivery partners. The specific carrier for your order will be confirmed in your Shipping Confirmation email.

C5. How do I track my order? Your Shipping Confirmation email contains your Order Tracking Number. You can also track your order at any time in your Customer Account — no password or registration needed; sign in with the email you used to order and the one-time code we send you.

If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder before contacting us.

C6. My order contains multiple products — will they all arrive together? Not necessarily. Products in the same order are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate deliveries, each with its own Tracking Number, on different days. C7. My tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received anything. What should I do? Please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered slightly ahead of actual delivery), and check with members of your household, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or package area. If the package still cannot be located, Contact Us with your Order Number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

C8. My tracking has shown no movement for more than 7 days. What should I do? Please Contact Us with your Order Number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

C9. Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping? Yes. Through our participation in the Shopify Planet Program, we fund independently verified carbon removal projects for every order — including reforestation, carbon capture, and climate-positive initiatives. E1. Will the colors on my screen match the finished product? Every screen renders color differently, and every material interacts uniquely with ink. Slight variations between what you see on screen and the finished product are inherent to digital reproduction and are not considered defects. In most cases, customers find the real product even more impressive in person. Our production partners use professional, high-quality printing processes to reproduce colors as richly and accurately as possible.

E2. Who creates your artwork? All artwork is original and created by COLORADDICTED.COM™. No AI-generated images are used. Our designs are the exclusive intellectual property of COLORADDICTED.COM™ and are protected under applicable copyright law. For full details, see our Intellectual Property Rights policy.

E3. Are your products EU GPSR compliant? Yes. All products sold on COLORADDICTED.COM™ comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR).
