CANCELLATIONS
We do not allow for cancellations after an order has gone into the printing process (i.e. approximately 2 hours after your place your order).
We do not keep a stock on any of our products. A few hours after you order them, they are printed-on-demand specifically for you by our rigorously vetted International Suppliers (depending on your delivery address and the most suitable manufacturer closest to you).
Specifically, once you place your order, it is sent to our Suppliers and it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours. It is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you directly by our Suppliers.
Consequently and since all orders are printed-on-demand just for you, we accept order cancellations strictly before they go into production (i.e. up to 2 hours after you place your order).
RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. In other words, an order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.
Since we have deliberately chosen Suppliers that run strict quality control procedures, the probability that a defective product will be delivered to you is minimal.
Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please Contact Us by email within 10 days from the date on which you received it, in order to resolve the issue. In your email, please include proof of the product's defects (e.g. photos), so we can ascertain the nature of the defect(s) and notify our suppliers. It is very important for us to make sure than this never happens again.
Assuming said defects are verified, we will immediately issue a refund for you.
Alternatively, should you wish so, we will send you a replacement or exchange product of the same value free-of-charge for you.
On rare occasions and in case of ambiguity, we may ask you to return the product to us to inspect it (to the return address that we will indicate to you).
In the latter case, the product has to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please note that, beyond this time limit, we do not accept items for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and, depending on our conclusions and your wishes, we will issue a refund for you or send you a new product as a replacement or exchange for your old defective one.

COLOR ACCURACY & DISCLAIMER: At COLORADDICTED.COM™, vibrant color excellence is at the heart of every design. We carefully calibrate our artwork and production processes to present colors as richly and accurately as possible. We also use professional, high-quality printing methods, to achieve the bold, joyful vibrancy that defines our brand.
Because every screen displays color differently and each material interacts uniquely with ink, slight variations between on-screen images and the finished product can occur. Therefore, on-screen images should be viewed as a close representation rather than an exact match.
In most cases, customers find the real product even more impressive in person.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH COLORS OF MY CHOICE?
Depending on the specific design and product type, we may be able to customize colors to your preferences. In this case, we will need to apply a USD 20 surcharge on our standard price, so we can cover for design modification & administrative costs!
Please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating which design you are interested in and what are your desired colors for that specific design. In order to do that, please send us color names or their respective CMYK and/or RGB values.
Once you send us this info, we will review it and contact you asap to discuss the details and, possibly, send you a draft of the design you have chosen with your custom colors. From then on, we will work with you to improve, so we can deliver the desired result.
We may be able to do that, depending on the product you are interested in.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD): PRODUCING ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED
Unlike traditional retail models that often require large inventories and can result in unsold products ending up in landfills, COLORADDICTED.COM™ operates through a Print-on-Demand (POD) production model.
Products are manufactured only after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction, excess inventory, and unnecessary waste.
Many studies and industry reports have highlighted how on-demand manufacturing can significantly reduce textile waste compared to traditional mass production.
CARBON-NEUTRAL SHIPPING & CARBON REMOVAL
We participate in the Shopify Planet Program to help reduce the environmental impact of shipping.
A portion of our business expenses is allocated to carbon removal initiatives that help remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
You may notice a Planet badge or banner on our store showing our ongoing contribution and the estimated amount of carbon removal supported through our participation in the Program.

WORKING WITH RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING PARTNERS
Our products are fulfilled through carefully selected Print-on-Demand (POD) partners operating from many different locations around the globe.
We have chosen these companies because they have publicly committed to improving sustainability practices throughout their operations and regularly publish sustainability reports detailing their progress and goals.
Examples of sustainability initiatives implemented by our fulfillment partners include:
• On-demand manufacturing to reduce overproduction and waste
• Use of water-based and non-toxic printing inks for their printed products
• Production routing that directs orders to the fulfillment facility closest to the customer, helping reduce transportation distances whenever possible
• Continuous expansion of environmentally conscious product options and materials
• Ongoing sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives throughout their production networks
ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS PRODUCT SELECTION
Whenever possible, we strive to include products that offer environmentally friendly features or materials.

COLORADDICTED.COM™ is operated entirely remotely.
Working from home eliminates daily commuting, reduces transportation-related emissions, and minimizes the environmental footprint typically associated with maintaining office facilities.
Our team may be small for now, but it includes several enthusiastic four-legged assistants who regularly supervise daily operations from the comfort of their favorite spots around the house and, whenever the workload gets heavy, provide much-appreciated moral support....
