CANCELLATIONS

We do not keep a stock on any of our products. A few hours after you order them, they are printed-on-demand specifically for you by our rigorously vetted International Suppliers (depending on your delivery address and the most suitable manufacturer closest to you).

Specifically, once you place your order, it is sent to our Suppliers and it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours. It is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you directly by our Suppliers.

Consequently and since all orders are printed-on-demand just for you, we accept order cancellations strictly before they go into production (i.e. up to 2 hours after you place your order). We do not allow for cancellations after an order has gone into the printing process.

RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

An order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.

Since we have deliberately chosen Suppliers that run strict quality control procedures, the probability that a defective product will be delivered to you is minimal.

Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please Contact Us by email within 10 days from the date on which you received it, in order to resolve the issue. In your email, please include proof of the product's defects (e.g. photos), so we can ascertain the nature of the defect(s) and notify our suppliers. It is very important for us to make sure than this never happens again.

Assuming said defects are verified, we will immediately issue a refund for you.

Alternatively, should you wish so, we will send you a replacement or exchange product of the same value free-of-charge for you.

On rare occasions and in case of ambiguity, we may ask you to return the product to us to inspect it (to the return address that we will indicate to you).

In the latter case, the product has to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please note that, beyond this time limit, we do not accept items for refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and, depending on our conclusions and your wishes, we will issue a refund for you or send you a new product as a replacement or exchange for your old defective one.

We do our best to find and negotiate low shipping rates with major carriers for our deliveries. As a result and under the following Minimum Order conditions per destination country, we are pleased to offer you Free Standard Shipping for:

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using major global carriers and their regional/local counterparts/affiliates/couriers. The choice of carrier depends on our manufacturer's/print-provider's location, on the product ordered and on the final destination of the order (order delivery address). Since we use multiple manufacturers/print-providers worldwide, carriers are selected for optimal delivery with the primary aim to reduce the distance between our manufacturer/print-provider and the order delivery address (for financial and environmental reasons alike).

Because shipping is fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/print providers around the world, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your specific order(s). In fact, the actual carrier for your order(s) will be auto-selected and will be visible in the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us, once your order is shipped and on your Order Status page (on the tracking link).

FAQ #9: WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE FROM YOU IS DEFECTIVE ?

In the unlikely event that the product we have shipped to you is proven defective, please send us an email through our Contact Us page within 10 days from the date this product was originally delivered to you. Kindly include photos of the defective product so that we can ascertain the problem and notify our Suppliers thereof.

We will get back to you within 24 hours and we will do everything within our power to make this right by you because we only want happy customers !

FAQ #13: ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICES ?

Yes, all Sales Taxes, VAT and some other charges (e.g. packaging) are included in the product prices you see on our product pages.

So, apart from shipping charges (which are calculated on top during your checkout), you will not be asked to pay for any other costs.

As an exception, if you require us to make modifications to our designs, colors etc., we may need to apply an extra charge so we can make up for modification & administrative costs ! However, should this be the case, we will ask you for your consent before we proceed further.

Finally, please note that COLORADDICTED.COM does not bear any responsibility for charges that may arise due to Customs Duties or other similar charges at the country of final destination/import. These potential additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAQ #14: ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICES ?

No, customs duties/import taxes or other similar charges, that may arise during the importation of a product in the country of final destination, are not borne by COLORADDICTED.COM and are, therefore, not included in our product prices.

These potential additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAQ #15: DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS ?

Yes, we do accept Paypal payments, as we believe that Paypal is one of the safest ways to ensure security of payments both for our customers and for us.

Obviously, you can also use your credit card to pay for your purchases, as long as it is accepted by Paypal.

FAQ #16: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ? WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

For the time being, we only accept credit card payments that are carried out through Paypal. We do this because we want to ensure security of payments both for our customers and for us.

So, as long as your credit card is accepted by Paypal, you can use it to carry out your purchases from COLORADDICTED.COM.

FAQ #17: CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH COLORS OF MY CHOICE ?

Of course we do, but we may need to apply an extra charge so we can cover for design modification & administrative costs !

Please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating which design you are interested in and what are the special colors that you would like us to incorporate in that design.

In order to let us know what are your "special" colors, you can send us color names or their CMYK and/or RGB values or, even, find webpages/photos that contain these colors and send them to us, to get a preliminary idea of your needs.

Once you send us this info, we will review it and contact you asap in order to discuss the details and, possibly, send you a first draft of the design you have chosen with your custom colors. From then on, we will work with you to reach the perfect color combination that fits your needs, until we deliver exactly what you want.
