RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
An order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.
Since we have deliberately chosen Suppliers that run strict quality control procedures, the probability that a defective product will be delivered to you is minimal.
Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please Contact Us by email within 10 days from the date on which you received it, in order to resolve the issue. In your email, please include proof of the product's defects (e.g. photos) so we can ascertain the nature of the defect(s) and notify our suppliers. It is very important for us to make sure than this never happens again.
Assuming said defects are verified, we will refund you immediately.
Alternatively, should you wish so, we will send you a replacement or exchange product of the same value free-of-charge for you.
On rare occasions and in case of ambiguity, we may ask you to return the product to us to inspect it (to the return address that we will indicate to you).
In the latter case, the product has to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please note that, beyond this time limit, we do not accept items for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and, depending on our conclusions and your wishes, we will issue a refund for you or send you a new product as a replacement or exchange for your old defective one.

Yes, we do accept Paypal payments, as we believe that Paypal is one of the safest ways to ensure security of payments both for our customers and for us.

FAQ #17: DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH COLORS OF MY CHOICE ?
Of course we do, but we may need to apply an extra charge so we can cover for design modification & administrative costs !
Please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating which design you are interested in and what are the special colors that you would like us to incorporate in that design.
In order to let us know what are your "special" colors, you can send us color names or their CMYK and/or RGB values or, even, find webpages/photos that contain these colors and send them to us, to get a preliminary idea of your needs.
Once you send us this info, we will review it and contact you asap in order to discuss the details and, possibly, send you a first draft of the design you have chosen with your custom colors. From then on, we will work with you to reach the perfect color combination that fits your needs, until we deliver exactly what you want.
