SHIPPING

All our products are printed and shipped directly to you from our suppliers' facilities based across the globe.

Once your order is placed and received by our suppliers, it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours and it is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you.

Upon clearing and shipping your order, we will send you an email informing you of the shipment details (including a Tracking No.) for you to be able to follow your order on-line until it is delivered to you. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Folder to make sure that your system has not blocked our email as spam.

Depending on the delivery address, it will take 10 - 30 days for your order to be delivered to you. Approximate Order Delivery Times per destination are as follows:

• USA: 10-15 days
• Canada: 10-15 days
• Europe: 15-20 days (depending on the specific destination)
• All Other International Destinations: 20-30 days (depending on the specific destination)

Please note that the above mentioned Order Delivery Times:

• MAY DOUBLE DURING MAJOR HOLIDAYS (e.g. Christmas, Easter)
• Depend on product(s) ordered and on exact delivery address
• Include 2-5 days for manufacturing
• Do not include time through Customs, Border Control Facilities or Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances, e.g. strikes, pandemics, extreme weather)

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We do our best to find and negotiate low shipping rates with major carriers for our deliveries. As a result and under the following Minimum Order conditions per destination country, we are pleased to offer you Free Standard Shipping for:

• USA Deliveries with Orders > USD 150
• CANADA Deliveries with Orders > USD 200
• CANADA Deliveries with Orders > USD 250
• OTHER INTERNATIONAL Deliveries with Orders > USD 300

For eligible orders, Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically at Checkout (i.e. no discount coupons needed) and can be combined with our Price Discounts (see relevant FAQ).

IMPORTANT: Please note that we reserve the right to modify our Price Discounts and/or Free Shipping policies at any time and in any way that we may deem necessary, with no prior notice.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When we shipped your order, we sent you an email which also contained the Tracking No. of your order and a link through which you can track it.

Please go back to this email in order to check your Order Status.

If you have not received this email, please check your Spam Folder to make sure that your system has not blocked it as spam

If you cannot find this email or you have deleted it by mistake or you cannot track your order for any reason, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will make sure that we resolve this for you.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Please note that product availability may vary by destination. Not all items can be shipped to all countries. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, kindly refer to the specific product page of the item you are interested in, where the eligible shipping destinations/countries are clearly indicated.

Also, we regret to inform you that, for the time being, we are not able to ship our products to war afflicted destinations or to destinations upon which an embargo (or other logistical, regulatory or carrier restrictions and limitations) is imposed. These destinations are the following: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Ecuador, Haiti, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Yemen.

We continuously monitor global shipping conditions and hope to expand our delivery coverage whenever circumstances allow.

SHIPPING CARRIERS WE USE TO SHIP OUR PRODUCTS

We ship using major global carriers and their regional/local counterparts/affiliates/couriers. The choice of carrier depends on our manufacturer's/print-provider's location, on the product ordered and on the final destination of the order (order delivery address). Since we use multiple manufacturers/print-providers worldwide, carriers are selected for optimal delivery with the primary aim to reduce the distance between our manufacturer/print-provider and the order delivery address (for financial and environmental reasons alike).

Because shipping is fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/print providers around the world, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your specific order(s). In fact, the actual carrier for your order(s) will be auto-selected and will be visible in the Shipping Confirmation email you will receive from us, once your order is shipped and on your Order Status page (on the tracking link).

Possible carriers include (but are not limited to): USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS, DHL, DHL-Express, DPD, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Post NL, Canada Post, Asendia, Australia Post, Express Mail Service (EMS), OSM Worldwide, 4PX Worldwide Express, SF International and more, as well as their regional or local ("Last Mile") counterparts.

We care deeply about our environmental footprint. That’s why COLORADDICTED.COM participates in various carbon-offset shipping projects.

For every order, we fund high-impact, independently verified projects that remove or prevent carbon emissions — including reforestation, carbon capture, and climate-positive initiatives.

While shipping has an environmental cost, we actively take responsibility by offsetting the emissions associated with delivering your order — so you can shop more consciously, without compromising on creativity or quality.
