CANCELLATIONS
We do not allow for cancellations after an order has gone into the printing process (i.e. approximately 2 hours after your place your order).
We do not keep a stock on any of our products. A few hours after you order them, they are printed-on-demand specifically for you by our rigorously vetted International Suppliers (depending on your delivery address and the most suitable manufacturer closest to you).
Specifically, once you place your order, it is sent to our Suppliers and it is printed-on-demand within a matter of a few hours. It is, then, inspected, packaged and shipped to you directly by our Suppliers.
Consequently and since all orders are printed-on-demand just for you, we accept order cancellations strictly before they go into production (i.e. up to 2 hours after you place your order).
RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. In other words, an order is eligible for refund or exchange only if the product(s) prove(s) to be defective upon delivery to the Customer.
Since we have deliberately chosen Suppliers that run strict quality control procedures, the probability that a defective product will be delivered to you is minimal.
Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please Contact Us by email within 10 days from the date on which you received it, in order to resolve the issue. In your email, please include proof of the product's defects (e.g. photos), so we can ascertain the nature of the defect(s) and notify our suppliers. It is very important for us to make sure than this never happens again.
Assuming said defects are verified, we will immediately issue a refund for you.
Alternatively, should you wish so, we will send you a replacement or exchange product of the same value free-of-charge for you.
On rare occasions and in case of ambiguity, we may ask you to return the product to us to inspect it (to the return address that we will indicate to you).
In the latter case, the product has to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. Please note that, beyond this time limit, we do not accept items for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and, depending on our conclusions and your wishes, we will issue a refund for you or send you a new product as a replacement or exchange for your old defective one.

Because shipping is fulfilled by third-party manufacturers/print providers around the world, we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for your specific order(s). As an exception, if you require us to make modifications to our designs, colors etc., we may need to apply a 50% extra charge so we can make up for modification & administrative costs ! However, should this be the case, we will ask you for your consent before we proceed further.
Finally, please note that COLORADDICTED.COM does not bear any responsibility for charges that may arise due to Customs Duties or other similar charges at the country of final destination/import. These potential additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICES?
No, customs duties/import taxes or other similar charges, that may arise during the importation of a product in the country of final destination, are not borne by COLORADDICTED.COM and are, therefore, not included in our product prices.
These potential additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS?
Yes, we do accept Paypal payments, as we believe that Paypal is one of the safest ways to ensure security of payments both for our customers and for us.
Obviously, you can also use your credit card to pay for your purchases, as long as it is accepted by Paypal.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WILL THE COLORS I SEE ON MY SCREEN MATCH THE FINAL PRODUCT?
COLOR ACCURACY & DISCLAIMER: At COLORADDICTED.COM, vibrant color excellence is at the heart of every design. We carefully calibrate our artwork and production processes to present colors as richly and accurately as possible. We also use professional, high-quality printing methods, to achieve the bold, joyful vibrancy that defines our brand.
Because every screen displays color differently and each material interacts uniquely with ink, slight variations between on-screen images and the finished product can occur. Therefore, on-screen images should be viewed as a close representation rather than an exact match.
In most cases, customers find the real product even more impressive in person.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH COLORS OF MY CHOICE?
Depending on the specific design and product type, we may be able to customize colors to your preferences. In this case, we will need to apply a USD 20 surcharge on our standard price, so we can cover for design modification & administrative costs!
Please send us an email through our Contact Us page, indicating which design you are interested in and what are your desired colors for that specific design. In order to do that, please send us color names or their respective CMYK and/or RGB values.
Once you send us this info, we will review it and contact you asap to discuss the details and, possibly, send you a draft of the design you have chosen with your custom colors. From then on, we will work with you to improve, so we can deliver the desired result.
We may be able to do that, depending on the product you are interested in.
